Marking cemetery boundaries in KL Plaszow Memorial Site

Works have begun with the aim of marking the boundaries of the Jewish cemeteries located in the area of former camp Plaszow. They will continue for several weeks.
The grounds of Jewish cemeteries are particularly important for the memorial site. The preserved historic objects include the ruins of the funeral home at the new cemetery of the Kraków Jewish community and hundreds of graves in the cemetery once used by the Podgórze community. Both necropolises occupied adjacent areas, divided by Jerozolimska Street that is preserved to date as a narrow path.
