We have learned with deep sorrow of the death of Tadeusz Jakubowicz (1939–2024), long-time Chairman of the Jewish Religious Community of Kraków.
He was a great advocate of commemoration of KL Plaszow for years. His assistance and care were invaluable in our work. As of 2017, he was a member of the KL Plaszow Museum Council.
He gave us support and advice; he shared with us his knowledge and experience.
He was a friend of our Museum.
